Exchange or Store Credit Only

We offer returns for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available.

 Conditions for Returns Returns will only be granted under the following conditions: 

 The item must be shipped damaged.

Return Process

  1. Inspect Your Item: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damage. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@shopmissmuse.com with your order number and a description of the damage, along with photographic evidence. 
  3. Approval and Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchange or Store Credit 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit for the purchase amount.

Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website and do not expire. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our return policy.
